Ayam bakar khas Taliwang.

Ayam Taliwang adalah makanan khas Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat yang berbahan dasar ayam yang disajikan bersama bumbu-bumbunya berupa cabai merah kering, bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat merah, terasi goreng, kencur, gula Jawa, dan garam. Biasanya disajikan bersama makanan khas Lombok lainnya seperti Plecing kangkung.
